Why I Built Gulmohars
For over a decade, I worked closely with retail teams across India—inside stores, warehouses, and planning rooms. I saw firsthand how critical inventory decisions were being made with limited visibility, fragmented data, and immense pressure during peak seasons.
Despite the scale and sophistication of modern retail, allocation and replenishment often relied on manual judgment and inconsistent processes. Teams were spending days planning, yet still facing stock-outs in high-demand stores and excess inventory elsewhere. The problem wasn’t effort—it was the lack of a system that could turn data into clear, actionable decisions.
Gulmohars was built to solve this. Our goal is simple: bring clarity, speed, and consistency to inventory planning across every store. By combining store-level demand insights with structured decision-making, we help teams move from reactive firefighting to confident, data-driven execution.
This is not just software—it reflects years of on-ground experience and a deep understanding of how retail actually works.

A Journey Through Retail
Ritesh’s experience in retail spans over two decades, across store operations, merchandising, and large-scale inventory planning.
